The good table of Monferrato made of bagna cauda, agnolotti del plin, truffle and raw meat; we pay particular attention to our culinary heritage, which was taught to us by our Nonna Adelia, but we also like to create something different playing with imagination, flavors and innovation. Our goal is to provide an environment, a service and a kitchen that tells who we are and where we are, in the hills of the Riviera del Monferrato. In the kitchen we work hard to select the best products and to create a menu that makes the most of the designs and whims of nature and the seasons. All our kitchen uses ingredients from our garden or from small producers in the area.
